8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, DocLibrary's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DocLibrary against claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
